A later email (Sep 2008) states that at his marriage and at the registration of births of children he used the name William Walter Walker Green, but that his son John William Cox Green registered his death under the names William John Green.
NOTE Ian Green says that about 1904 the family moved from Northants to Tudely, Kent. In 1905 he was a farm failiff at Hilden Farm, Hildenborough, Kent. About 1912 the family moved to 22 Old Dean Road , Camberly, Surrey.
