Frank Woodward, 16 Old Park Lane, Southport, Lancashire, Coach maker, 2. Ernest Woodward of Stoke Bruerne, Farmer. They conveyed part of their father's ex-Church property to Frederick Woodward, 60 Sidney Road, Southport, Motor engineer. Frank, Ernest and Frederick were all brothers. Ernest then bought the property from Frederick in February 1932 for £300. He is described in the Conveyance as "Agricultural Worker", which may possibly reflect hard times for farmers in the late twenties and thirties. Frederick's signature on the deed was witnessed by Harry Pass of Southport, also a Coach builder."
