She has his death certificate, which states that he was a railway labourer and that his head was severed from body by being run over by a train on the LNWR on which line was was walking towards home at night. This report is dated the day after the burial, but the coroner's inquest was the day before the burial. (see e-mail dated 8 Dec 2000).

NOTE the following obituary is from Mary McGinnis, "April 6, 1901. Mary WEBB was born in Ashton, England, Mar. 11, 1827, and married John TIMBS in 1847. Nine children were born to them, one of whom died in infancy. Her husband died Dec. 13, 1865. She died Mar. 20, 1901 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anna Parsons in Camden, at the age of 74 years." Note this marriage date disagrees with parish records, and I am one child short - no other information is known about the child who died in infancy, apart from this statement.
