CENSUS 1851: from film 1042259, Abernethy, enumerator 6, page 14, household 70, "Corss House" (The first word is unsure), age 40, occupation grocer. Born at Abernethy. I assume that this is her second marriage but if the 1881 census record is correct then this is in error. This lady was possibly the widow ad Lathalmond Lime Works, Dunfermline, Fife in 1881 aged 67, a widow born Dunfirmline. (GRO 424, dist 25, page 7)
CENSUS 1881 a Helen Hutchesson aged 72 was at Cargill, Perthshire. GRO 338, district 4, page 6. A widow, born Muthly, Perthshire There was an Alexander aged 35, unmarried born Ringwood Perthshire with her.

CENSUS 1861 in Clayholes, East Church parish of Perth. Scotlands People reference 387/01 006/01 page 4, schedule 22, aged 18, a factory worker. Listed as Ann R Banks, daughter of Alexander, but from date and especially place of birth I am assuming shje is his wife's daughter from a former marriage.
